Gila County is seeking one qualified, responsible fuel and lubricant distributor to supply bulk gasoline, diesel, and lubricants to all County fleet fueling sites countywide, spanning Globe, Tonto Basin, Payson, and Young, Arizona. This is a proven, ongoing contract need--the County has purchased fuel and lubricants under a similar arrangement for several years--and represents a stable, recurring revenue opportunity for the awarded Contractor, with fuel pricing tied transparently to published O.P.I.S. rack rates plus a fixed delivery margin. This is a single, non-severable award: the County is seeking one Contractor capable of supplying and delivering all bulk fuel to both the Copper Region (Globe, Tonto Basin) and Timber Region (Payson, Young, Buckhead Mesa Landfill), as well as the full range of lubricant products--engine oils, hydraulic fluids, coolants, and greases--used across the County's fleet. Bidders must submit pricing for the entire scope described in this solicitation; partial bids covering only certain sites, only fuel, or only lubricants will not be considered responsive. In exchange, the awarded Contractor gains a single, countywide contract covering all of the County's bulk fuel and lubricant needs--one point of contact, one set of invoices, and one relationship with the County across every fleet site.
