The purpose of this Amendment is to answer the following questions: Question: Does the government intend to award a task order pursuant to IDIQ SPE2D1-17-D-0023? Answer: If the offeror submits all the required documentation before the closing date of this RFQ and is selected for award, then the next logical step would be to award a task order against the IDIQ. This would depend on if all the items requested are featured on that IDIQ.
