M82 Energetics

Army Contracting Command – Rock Island (ACC-RIA) anticipates a Request for Proposals for the supply of M82 Energetics Parts, including Booster Bursters, Delay Assemblies, and Slider Assemblies. These items are to be purchased in support of the M82 Program at Pine Bluff Arsenal. Due to the amount of drawings and the certification needed for access, drawings will not be provided at this time. The forthcoming solicitation is expected to result in a five (5) Year, firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract under FAR 15, Contracting by Negotiation. Award will be made to the responsive, responsible, lowest priced technically acceptable proposal that meets the terms and conditions of the solicitation. The expected minimums over the life cycle of this contract are as follows: Booster Bursters: 65,000 each FAT Booster Bursters: 1 each Delay Assembly: 65,000 each FAT Delay Assembly: 1 each Slider Assembly: 65,000 each FAT Slider Assembly: 1 each The minimum guarantee will be obligated by the first delivery order awarded simultaneously with the base IDIQ contract. The expected maximums over the life cycle of the contract are as follows: Booster Bursters: 90,000 each FAT Booster Bursters: 5 each Delay Assembly: 90,000 each FAT Delay Assembly: 5 each Slider Assembly: 90,000 each FAT Slider Assembly: 5 each THE ABOVE MENTIONED QUANTITIES ARE ESTIMATES AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE.
