M82 Energetics

The United States Army Contracting Command-Rock Island requests a proposal for Energetic Subcomponents of the m82 Simuat Screening Grenade in support of Pine Bluff Arsenal, in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR 15) - Contracting by Negotiation. This solicitation is expected to result in a five (5) year, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Deliver/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to the offeror whose proposal is responsible and adheres to all the terms and conditions of the solicitation with the lowest priced technically acceptable proposal.
