Eielson AFB, Alaska, as outlined herein. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on/or about October ? November 2026. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the solicitation is 237120 ? Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction, with a size standard of $45.0 Million. This acquisition includes the repair and maintenance of five vertical aboveground fuel storage tanks located at Eielson AFB in Fairbanks, Alaska. The attached DRAFT Scope of Work (SOW) details the scope of the requirement to be executed in accordance with the terms of the proposed contract.
