A U.S.-registered prime contractor may use a qualified Turkish manufacturer or subcontractor, provided the subcontractor is properly authorized to operate and perform in Türkiye and complies with applicable contractual requirements. 4. When will you be sending us an email? Answer: No separate email will be sent to vendors.
