Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 37570PR260000006is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) for USCG Station Valdez Fire Inspection, Repairs, and Cellular Monitoring. The NAICS Code is 561621. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. The small business size standard is $25M per annum. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Performance must be completed within 60 days after award. To be found technically acceptable, at a minimum, the offeror must demonstrate: a. Knowledge and experience of performing fire detection and suppression system inspections, certifications, and repairs on the equipment identified in the Statement of Work b. Knowledge and experience of performing fire detection and suppression system inspections, certifications, and repairs in the State of Alaska, particularly the rural areas of the state. Offeror shall provide a firm-fixed price to perform the entire effort identified in the SOW. Performance shall be completed within 60 days after award. Evaluation criteria is best value, where technical expertise and experience performing these services in the State of Alaska, particularly the rural areas of the state, are more important than price.
