673 CS seeks telecomunications services where the contractor is required to provide, troubleshoot, and maintain comprehensive, continuous (24/7/365+) telecommunication services for Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson (JBER), AK, ensuring operational reliability of 99.999%. This scope encompasses local, domestic long-distance, international long-distance, and toll-free telecommunication services (LLTS) --averaging 90,000 calls monthly.
