Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Farm Production and Conservation Business Center (FPAC-BC), HQ- Information Systems Division in support of USDA’s mission partners Geospatial Enterprise Operations Branch (GEO) has a requirement for comprehensive preventive maintenance, repair, and technical support services for Government-owned GEO film scanners called Hexagon/Leica Digital Scanning Workstation (DSW) 700’s. These film scanners are mission-critical equipment supporting the digitization of irreplaceable archival imagery. The scanners require specialized manufacturer-level preventive maintenance, calibration, firmware support that cannot be performed by general IT or facilities personnel.
