Solicitation for B1502 Renovation

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items needed to renovate building 1502 as defined below and in accordance with attached drawings (26017_Bldg 1502 Finish Upgrades_ARCH): Base Bid: Remodeling of 10 bathrooms, replacement of 4 water fountains, and communications closet renovation Option 1: Replace carpet tile on second floor. Option 2: Replace carpet tile on first floor. Option 3: Conference Room lighting renovation. Please note the latest uploaded solicitation. Site visit has been changed to 8 September at 0900 and Section 00 10 00 has changed to now say that, "electronic submissions will be accepted." RFIs are due NLT 10 September 2026. The Questions and Answers document has been posted. If you do not feel your question was answered adequately, please reach out to the contracting office. The site survey roster and any amendments mentioned in the questions and answers will be posted on 11 September 2026. Amendment 01 has been posted identifying the updated requirements in Section 00 10 00 Note 5. All vendors must acknowledge Amenment 01 in your quotes. Site Visit Roster has been posted. Amendment 02 has been posted updating the drawings and extending the due date for quotes to 18 September 2026 at 11:00 AM. All vendors must acknowledge Amendment 02 in your quotes. Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this solicitation, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.
