Description
This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for commercial items, Army Contracting command-Redstone Arsenal, Operations & Services Division, Base Operations, CCAM-CAC-A intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order. The U.S. Army TMDE Activity (USATA) has a requirement to purchase of one (1) 10k VA Electrical Line Conditioner which will be integrated into the calibrators hardware and software to allow the operator of the X83 X-Ray calibrator to shut down the 320kv, 160kv and Mammo 160kv generators when loss of power occurs during operation of the calibrator. These items shall be delivered to the Army Primary Standards Laboratory (APSL), Building 5435 Fowler Road, Redstone Arsenal, AL. The laboratory equipment shall include the following specifications or equivalent (if not brand name) and see attached Purchase Description. Classification Code: 6625 - Electrical and Electronic Properties Measuring and Testing Instruments NAICS Code: 334515 - Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals Requirements: Quantity 10k VA Electrical Line Conditioner 1 Installation 1 Freight 1 Offerors shall provide the unit price and installation amount, to include shipping charges. Price quotes shall include: • Company Name • Street Address • City, State, and Zip • Federal Tax ID Code # • CAGE Code • Business Size • Points of Contact (POC): name, position, office and mobile telephone numbers, and email address There shall be no partial deliveries. To be determined technically acceptable, potential vendors must submit technical specifications that meet the minimum requirements as described in the Purchase Description. Vendors: Please see DFARS Clause 252.232-7006 of this contract entitled, Wide Area Workflow Payment Instructions prior to submission of receiving report/invoice in WAWF. The Approver and Acceptor DODAAC for this contract MUST be marked as W80RA6. An incorrect Approver/Acceptor DODAAC will result in a rejection by WAWF-DFAS.
