RFP - Municipal Commercial Credit Card and Expense Management Services

The City of Orange Beach, Alabama is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified financial institutions to provide municipal commercial credit card and related expense management services. The City is seeking a financial institution capable of providing a comprehensive commercial credit card program that maximizes financial benefits to the City while improving purchasing efficiency, receipt management, departmental coding, budget tracking, reporting, travel authorization, and overall administrative controls. The selected financial institution shall demonstrate the ability to provide competitive rebate terms, sufficient purchasing capacity, comprehensive online account management, electronic receipt and expense management, reporting capabilities, and implementation and training support.
