Maxwell AFB Dorm HVAC Duct Cleaning & Sanitization

The Contractor shall provide all non-personal services, including personnel, equipment, tools, supervision, and materials necessary to perform a two-phase project for the HVAC systems in specified buildings on Maxwell AFB/Gunter Annex, Alabama. The project covers approximately 460,000 square feet across the listed facilities.
