IFB B27001 - General Repair Services

HABD is seeking the services of Contractor(s) who will provide all labor, equipment, and materials to complete "general building repairs." Contractors must provide proof of all related expenses, including material costs. Contractors must provide a single hourly labor rate per individual. This rate should be all-inclusive, covering laborers, administrative fees, and any other related costs. DO NOT include multiple rates or make any alterations to the bid form. Additionally, contractors are required to specify a PERCENTAGE markup on materials ONLY, which must NOT exceed 20%. Markups totaling more than 20% will not be considered. HABD will use a task order system for its residential and administrative buildings, as well as various housing communities in Birmingham, AL.
