Electronic Security Systems VII (ESS VII MATOC) Capacity Increase

This justification approves a total shared capacity increase for the Electronic Security Systems (ESS) VII Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) from $675,000,000 to $1,125,513,013.
