Description
The purpose of this amenment is to include the square footage in the SOW along with a drawing Canteen: 16,069 sqft NFS: 11,755 Drawing attached The contractor shall provide all management, labor, tools, supplies, equipment, transportation, and labor to develop and implement a detail cleaning program for the Birmingham Veteran Medical Center, quarterly in a manner that ensures the health and general well-being of patients, staff, and visitors. All discrepancies will be addressed in a timely manner. . Contractor must have at least 5 years of experience in professional Industrial Kitchen Cleaning Service with an Satisfactory rating.
