Architectural and Engineering Services

The Housing Authority of the Birmingham District (HABD) hereby requests Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from Architect and/or Engineering firms who are interested in being placed in HABD’s “A/E Services Pool”. HABD may select one or more firms to create a professional “pool” that will provide Architect and Engineering Services to HABD and/or its related affiliates on an as needed basis for a period of not more than five (5) years. Anticipated services include architectural design, engineering studies; preparation of drawings; specifications; site plans; structural, electrical and mechanical engineering; landscape architecture; cost estimates; bidding and contract administration; construction oversight/inspections; and energy audits.
