Whittier Moves Transportation Master Plan and Whittier Safety Action Plan Whittier Moves Project Number: HFHWY00314/2000047 Whittier Pop-up Booths The Alaska Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) and City of Whittier are hosting pop-up booths for two transportation planning efforts that are currently underway: the Whittier Moves Transportation Master Plan (Whittier Moves) and the Whittier Safety Action Plan. These plans will work together to help guide future transportation investments, improve safety and connectivity, support funding opportunities, and inform long-term community planning. Both plans are expected to be finalized this summer following a public review and comment period.
