Trust RFP 27-001M Technical Assistance

The Alaska Mental Health Trust Authority (the Trust), is soliciting proposals for a pool of contractors to provide various technical assistance to Trust-sponsored initiatives and organizations in the following key areas: Key Area A – Planning, Governance and Operations Key Area B – Monitoring and Evaluation Key Area C – Growth, Stabilization, and Reduction Key Area D – Financial Management Key Area E – Technology Solutions Key Area F – Facility-Based Project Planning This is a multi-award RFP. Proposals must be received no later than 1:30 P.M. prevailing Alaska Time on Thursday, September 24, 2026. Late proposals or amendments will be disqualified and not opened or accepted for evaluation.
