Southeast Alaska Area Contingency Plan Public Review

The public comment period for Southeast Alaska Area Plan Public Review opens at 11:59 p.m. on September 9, 2026 and ends at 11:59 p.m. October 14, 2026. The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation, U.S. Coast Guard, and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, are seeking public input on the proposed update of the Southeast Alaska Area Plan Public Review. The public comment period for this plan will start at 11:59 p.m. on September 9, 2026 and end 11:59 p.m. October 14, 2026. The purpose of the Southeast Alaska Area Plan is to provide guidance to area planners and Alaska Regional Response Team (ARRT) members.
