Description
The Department of Transportation and Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is excited to announce application round for the SIRA Program for Fiscal Year 2027! Application package for this funding opportunity is posted on our website at Ice Roads - Alaska DOT&PF Dates of Proposal: This application round will stay open from June 12-July 10, 2026. The DOT&PF administers Alaska's Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) RTP funds. The DOT&PF offers this competitive, reimbursable, matching ice and seasonal roads program. The SIRA grant program provides up to 90.07% reimbursement of eligible costs for the entire project cost; grantees are responsible for 9.03% of the entire project cost. Eligible applicants include non-profit, state government, local government, or tribal governments.
