RFP: AIP 3-02-0016-258-2026 / CFAPT01510 – ANC Gates N1 and C3 Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacements Design-Build

STATE OF ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION & PUBLIC FACILITIES (DOT&PF) CENTRAL REGION REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS Proposals for ANC Gates N1 and C3 Passenger Boarding Bridge Replacements Design-Build , Project Number AIP 3-02-0016-258-2026 / CFAPT01510 , will be received before 4:00 p.m., August 13, 2026 at the office of the Chief of Contracts, 4111 Aviation Avenue, Anchorage, Alaska. This federally funded contract includes all necessary design and construction services to replace the existing passenger boarding bridges located at Gates N1 in the North Terminal, and C3 in the South Terminal at Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport. The Engineer's Estimate is between $2,500,000 and $5,000,000 . The Project completion date will be December 31, 2028 . A non-mandatory site visit has been scheduled during the advertising period on Thursday July 30, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Meet in the North Terminal lobby near the polar bear to be escorted through the work areas.
