Applicants may submit proposals without identifying a specific funding year; DPS will assign selected projects to the appropriate award based on eligibility, project timelines, and available funding. There is no minimum award amount. All awards are subject to the availability of appropriated funds and to any modifications or additional requirements that may be imposed by law. Applications and ranked scores will be retained and eligible applicants will be contacted if additional funds are available.
