Notice of Utility Tariff Filing The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that TDX Manley Generating, LLC (TMG) filed TA201-72, its quarterly cost of power adjustment (COPA), power cost equalization (PCE) and small facility power purchase rate (SFPPR) rate update for the period beginning September 1, 2026. The proposed COPA surcharge is increasing from $0.2961 per kWh to $0.8157 per kWh. The PCE level remains unchanged at the fiscal year 2026 statutory maximum of $0.7424 per kWh. The proposed SFPPR is increasing from $0.5161 per kWh to $1.1802 per kWh. TMG also revised its SFPPR calculation to remove kWh sales associated with solar generation. TMG requested an effective date of October 2, 2026. This notice does not contain all requested revisions, and the Commission may approve a rate or classification which varies from those proposed.
