Notice of Utility Tariff Filing The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that Hilcorp Alaska Gas Storage, LLC (Hilcorp Storage) filed TA6-787, its revenue requirement study and cost allocation manual required by Order U-25-007(2). TA6-787 did not include the depreciation study required by Order U-25-007(2). Additionally, Hilcorp Storage filed a motion requesting a waiver of the requirements at 3 AAC 48.275(a)(1), (2), (3), (10), and (13) and 3 AAC 48.275(c). The statutory notice period for TA6-787 ends August 17, 2026. A selection of the current and proposed rates is shown in the table below. Hilcorp Storage removed all minimum rates with TA6-787. The currently effective tariff does not provide for an injection reservation rate.
