Public Notice of Contract Issuance ADL 421571 Designated Site ADL 422900 Material Sale Contract Dates: July 14, 2026 to July 26, 2026 Subject to AS 38.05.555, the State Pipeline Coordinator’s Section (SPCS) intends to issue a material sale contract. Applicant: Alyeska Pipeline Service Company Geographic Location: Within the floodplain of the Sagavanirktok River near Dalton Highway Milepost 374 (42 miles south of Pump Station 1 in Deadhorse). Located within Sections 22, 23, 26, and 27, Township 4 North, Range 14 East, Umiat Meridian. Authorized Activities: The SPCS intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 75,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d). DNR complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
