Public Notice of Contract Issuance ADL 419674 Designated Site ADL 422960 Material Sale Contract September 25, 2026 Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Northern Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract. APPLICANT : City of Delta Junction GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION : MP 9.8 of Jack Warren Road AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES : The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 500 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 98.010 and 11 AAC 71.090(c). DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
