Provider Agreement: On-Site Occupational Therapy (Fairbanks and Bethel)

The Department of Family and Community Services (DFCS) is entering into agreements under 7AAC 81 with qualified Providers for the On-Site Occupational Therapy Program, to provide Occupational therapy services to youths residing in DJJ’s specialized neurobehavioral treatment facilities in Bethel and Fairbanks through individual occupational therapy (OT) sessions, individualized treatment plans, and integration of interventions into the youth’s daily life.
