Description
The Alaska Court System is seeking bids for a new janitorial contract for the Palmer Courthouse located at 435 S. Denali Street, Palmer, AK 99645. This is a two (2) year contract with four (4), two (2) year options to renew. The new contract will commence November 1, 2026. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, August 20, 2026 at 1:00 PM. Please meet in the lobby of the Palmer Courthouse. Bids are due on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Please note that this is a two-phase, multi-step sealed bid process. Unpriced technical offers and priced bids must be submitted in separate sealed packages. Priced bids are to be submitted at the same time as technical offers. Priced bids will be considered only in the second phase and only from those bidders whose unpriced technical offers are found acceptable in the first phase.
