PUBLIC NOTICE LAS 36126 Land Use Permit Department of Natural Resources 7/13/2026 Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Northern Regional Office has authorized issuance of an Land Use Permit for the following: APPLICANT: Ironman Directional Drilling, Ltd GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Approximately Elliott Highway MP 72, within Designated Material Site ADL 419451, MS 680-112-2. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: Staging up 12 camping trailers, several boats, fiber laying equipment, and vehicles. No ground disturbing activities are anticipated. There will be no bulk fuel storage, and Ironman intends to service the camping trailers with a company owned hydrovac truck that would transport both black and grey water to an appropriate treatment facility. DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Individuals with disabilities who may need auxiliary aids, services or special modifications to comment should contact Alaska Relay at 711 or 800-770-8973 for TTY services.
