Local Boundary Commission Meeting

State of Alaska Notice of a Local Boundary Commission (LBC) Meeting The Local Boundary Commission will meet on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 , at 10 a.m. via Zoom. The purpose of the meeting is for the LBC to discuss the Alaska Ethics Attorney’s conflict of interest opinion, Administrative Order 360 and a request to repeal 3 AAC 110.270(e). The Commission will hear public comments on the potential regulations projects, including a request to repeal 3 AAC 110.270(e) as presented in the meeting packet, which is available online.
