NOTICE OF WATER RIGHT APPLICATION LAS 26950 Corrected Notice Pursuant to AS 46.15 and rules and regulations promulgated thereunder, notice is hereby given that an application was received on August 20, 2007 (Priority Date), from Gravier LLC, and now held by Badger Utilities LLC, PO Box 875474 Wasilla, AK 99687-5474. The application was public noticed in The Frontiersman and the State Online Public Notice System on November 1, 2017. Unfortunately, there was an error in the amount of water requested, and the amount per day was listed as the amount per year. This public notice is to correct this error. The applicant requested to appropriate water as follows: Source: Drilled Well, 52’ in depth Quantity of Water: 42,500 gallons per day Period of Use: January 1 through December 31 Type of Use: Community Water System Priority Date: August 20, 2007 The location of the water source: Drilled well in Tract B, Wasilla Creek Commons Phase 2, according to Plat Number 2008-69, filed in the Palmer Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska, subject to reservations and exceptions of record. Said lot located in Section 3, Township 17 North, Range 1 East, Seward Meridian. Legal Description of the Area of Appurtenance: Wasilla Creek Commons Subdivision, according to Plat Numbers 2008-69 and 2009-49, filed in the Palmer Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska, subject to reservations and exceptions of record. Per AS 46.15.133(a), within 15 days of publication or service of notice, persons may file with the director written objections. Comments or objections must be made in writing by email to lesli.schick@alaska.gov or by mail to Alaska Department of Natural Resources, Water Resources Section, 550 W 7 th Ave, Suite 1020, Anchorage, Alaska 99501-3562 by August 10, 2026 . Pursuant to 11 AAC 93.080(6), “The public comment period set by AS 46.15.133 (c) begins the first day the newspaper publication appears, or the first day of posting, or upon receipt of the notice as evidenced by the certified mail receipt, date stamp, or other evidence of actual service.” Objection must include the objector’s name and address, and any facts tending to show that the rights of the objector or the public interest would be adversely affected by the proposed appropriation.
