QTY 1 2026 Can-Am Defender Pro Limited Single Cab QTY 1 2026 Can-Am Defender Max XT Cab - Minimum 80 horsepower - Minimum cargo box capacity of 700 pounds - Minimum payload capacity of 1030 pounds - Minimum towing capacity of 2500 pounds - Minimum seating capacity of 3 personnel (single cab)/6 personnel (dual cab) - 4-cycle gas engine (must be liquid cooled) (EFI) - Minimum fuel tank capacity of 10 gallons - Electronic drive belt protection - Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT) with clutch enclosure - Auto-locking front differential - CVT engine-braking - Fully independent front and rear suspension - Hydraulic disc brakes (front and rear) - Power steering - Four-wheel drive (switch activated on the dash) - Ground clearance must be greater than 12 inches Required Accessories/Packages - Radial tires with aggressive tread - LED headlights/taillights - Hydraulic power lift for cargo box - Cab, doors, roof, windshield (fully pressurized cab) - HVAC - Front brush guard - Heavy-duty skid plate - Factory installed winch with remote - 2-inch hitch receiver Evaluation Factors Factor 1 Technical Acceptability (Pass/Fail) The Government will evaluate the offeror's quote to verify compliance with all requirements in the solicitation and requirements document. Pass: Quote meets all mandatory requirements. Fail: Quote does not meet one or more mandatory requirements. Factor 2 Past Performance (Pass/Fail) Past performance will be evaluated to determine acceptability only. The Government will review past performance information from CPARS, PPIRS, and other sources. Acceptable: Offeror demonstrates satisfactory performance on similar contracts and has no terminations for cause or default within the past three (3) years. Unacceptable: Offeror has a record of unsatisfactory performance or one or more terminations for cause or default within the past three (3) years. Factor 3 Price Price will be evaluated for reasonableness. Award will be made to the lowest-priced offeror whose quote is technically acceptable and whose past performance is acceptable
