The Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF), Division of Maintenance & Operations, is soliciting bids for a one-time federally funded purchase for both the delivery and return trips, moving large equipment and vehicles from Kodiak to Chignik within the timeframe of August 10, 2026, to be returned by September 20, 2026. Bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm Alaska Standard Time on July 9th, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened or accepted for evaluation. Faxed or oral proposals will not be accepted. Bidders may submit bids either electronically or in hard copy. If submitting via U.S. Mail or Courier Delivery Service, bidders must submit the original hard copy of their bid in writing to the procurement officer in a sealed package.
