This Invitation to Bid (ITB) is intended to result in a one-time purchase with a one year as-needed contract for the purchase and delivery of Prilled Urea for use on statewide roadways maintained by the Department of Transportation & Public Facilities. Bids must be received no later than 2:00 pm Alaska Time on June 25, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened. Late bids or amendments will be considered non-responsive and will not be opened or accepted for evaluation. Copies of bid documents may be downloaded (Adobe Acrobat format) from this Online Public Notice website.
