FY2028 MUNICIPAL HARBOR FACILITY GRANT PROGRAM - CALL FOR PROJECTS HARBOR GRANT APPLICATIONS DUE AUGUST 19, 2026 The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities (DOT&PF) is accepting applications for the FY2028 Municipal Harbor Facility Grant Program (AS 29.60.800–29.60.820). Funding is subject to appropriation by the Alaska Legislature and, if appropriated, would be available following the 2027 legislative session. This grant program provides state financial assistance in the form of a 50/50 matching grant for municipally or regional housing authority-owned small boat harbor facilities in the State of Alaska. State funding is only for the construction phase of small boat harbor projects. The application package, program guidance, and additional information are available at the following DOT&PF website at https://dot.alaska.gov/stwdplng/ports or by contacting the Waterways Planner at (907)465-8769.
