Fairbanks Armory - Fire Damage Repair Project

STATE OF ALASKA DEPARTMENT OF MILITARY AND VETERANS AFFAIRS (DMVA) INVITATION TO BID – 2 nd SOLICITATION Sealed bids for the DMVA Fairbanks Armory Fire Damage Rebuild Project , Project Number: 02B0526017 , will be received before 1:00 p.m. July 7 th , 2026, at 57024 Roosevelt Road, JBER, AK 99505 or via electronic delivery as stated herein. The State funded project will replace and rebuild all damage associated with a recent fire that took place at the Alask Army National Guard Armory at 202 Wien Street, Fairbanks, AK 99701. The Engineer’s estimate is between $750,000.00 and $1,100,000.00 . the project substantial completion date will be February 26 th , 2027 . Bidders intending to participate are requested to notify the Project Manager, Greg Walker, at greg.walker@alaska.gov prior to the close of business on July 1, 2026 Individuals with disabilities, including the hearing impaired, who may need auxiliary aids, services, and/or special modifications to submit a bid/proposal should contact the project manager a 907-428-7693.
