Perform emergency repairs on the Elliott Highway mileposts 137 to 149 and the Tofty Road and Road to Tanana Corridor due to a combination of deep frost, saturated embankments, frozen drainage structures, elevated groundwater positions, and prolonged winter break-up activity.
