NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC AND REQUEST FOR INFORMATION LAS 36069 Kevin Dwayne Hubbard Subject to AS 38.05.850, the Southcentral Regional Land Office has received an application for the following: APPLICANT: Kevin Dwayne Hubbard PROJECT NAME: LAS 36069 ENCLOSED DOCUMENTS: GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Approx. 1/2 mile northwest of the Parks Highway mp 128 LEGAL DESCRIPTION: Section 18, Township 28 North, Range 5 West, Seward Meridian REQUESTED ACTIVITY: Cross-country travel of a mini-excavator (Bobcat E-42, 10k pounds) along established trail to private parcel. PROPOSED DATES OF USE: Start: July 2026 End: December 2026 DEADLINE FOR COMMENTS: July 23, 2026 The public is invited to comment on this activity. The purpose of this notice is to gather input before a decision is made on this activity.
