BAAF - 47431 Hangar 4 - Roof and Envelope Project

The Department of Military and Veteran’s Affairs, Alaska Army National Guard Facilities Management Office, Design and Construction is soliciting bids for services to install a new roof and siding hangar 4 at building 47645 (Hangar 4) on JBER, Alaska. *Mandatory** Walk-Through on August 25th, 2026 at 10am. We will meet at the parking lot at Building 47430 Bryant Army Airfield JBER, AK 99505, Suggested that you pre-register to be notified if this date/time changes. If you need base access passes, you will need to register with the Project Manager a minimum of 48 hours before the walk-through time and date. Deadline for Receipt of Bids: Current deadline for this ITB will be 1:00pm Alaska Time on September 8th, 2026. Information for submitting quote can be found in the attached ITB.
