Public Notice of Contract Issuance ADL 418802 Designated Site ADL 422943 Material Sale Contract August 24, 2026 Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Northern Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract. APPLICANT: Cruz Construction Inc GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: MP 305.5 Dalton Highway, MS 65-9-061-2. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 7,500 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d). DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
