Public Notice of Contract Issuance ADL 419530 Designated Site ADL 422937 Material Sale Contract August 7, 2026 Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Northern Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract. APPLICANT: Division of Parks and Outdoor Recreation GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: MP 277 Richardson Highway near the Tanana River Bridge, MS 62-3-157-2A. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: • The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 1,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 98.010 and 11 AAC 71.090(b). DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
