Public Notice of Contract Issuance Designated Site ADL 419556 Material Sale Contract ADL 422882 July 22, 2026 Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Northern Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract. APPLICANT: Revine Creek Environmental LLC GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: DOT MS 638-010-2, located at MP 5.2 of Stampede Trail, within Section 18, Township 12 South, Range 8 West, Fairbanks Meridian, containing approximately 80 acres, more or less. The site is located on both sides of the road. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 1,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d). DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
