Public Notice of Contract Issuance Designated Site ADL 419494 Material Sale Contract ADL 422879 July 22, 2026 Subject to AS 38.05.555, the Northern Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract. APPLICANT: Revine Creek Environmental LLC GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: DOT MS 52-2-051-2 located at MP 230 of the Parks Highway near Denali National Park, also known as the McKinley Village Pit. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 6,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d). DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
