Public Notice of Contract Issuance ADL 231530 Designated Site ADL 234909 Material Sale Contract August 12, 2026 Subject to AS 38.05.555, the South Central Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract. APPLICANT: Jordan Rausa GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: MS 35-3-045-1 located at MP 128 of the Parks Highway within Section 19, Township 28 North, Range 5 West, Seward Meridian, containing approximately 30 acres, more or less. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: • The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 1,000 cubic yards of material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d). DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
