Public Notice of Contract Issuance ADL 231210 Designated Site ADL 234899 Material Sale Contract July 10 th 2026 Subject to AS 38.05.555, the South Central Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract. APPLICANT: Dibble Creek Rock LTD GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: DOT MS 21-2-051-1 located at MP 40.5 along Sterling Highway approximately 4 miles west of Moose Pass and within Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 2 West, Seward Meridian, containing approximately 65 acres, more or less. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 40,000 cubic yards of sand and gravel material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d). DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
