State of Alaska Department of Natural Resources Division of Mining, Land & Water Southcentral Regional Land Office 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C Anchorage, AK99501-3577 Public Notice: Proposed Lease ADL 234758 Pursuant to AS 38.05.945 ( USGS Quad Map Valdez A-5) Pursuant to AS 38.05.070(b) the Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision to offer a 10-year lease to Black Ops Valdez, LLC for an existing four-acre operational base camp near Valdez, Alaska. The site is located within Section 12 of Township 9 South, Range 4 West, Copper River Meridian. The public is invited to review and comment on this Preliminary Decision. A copy of the Preliminary Decision can be found at https://aws.state.ak.us/OnlinePublicNotices/default.aspx .
