State of Alaska Department of Natural Resources Division of Mining, Land & Water Southcentral Regional Land Office 550 W. 7th Ave., Suite 900C Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 Public Notice: Proposed Lease ADL 234659 - Adak Arctic Port Hub, LLC ADL 234711 - Adak Community Development Corporation ADL 234723 - The Aleut Corporation Pursuant to AS 38.05.945 (USGS Quad Map Adak C-2) Pursuant to AS 38.05.075(c) the Southcentral Regional Land Office (SCRO) has made a Preliminary Decision to offer a 30-year lease to The Aleut Corporation for an 86.2-acre deepwater pier in Sweeper Cover, Adak Alaska. Further, this decision denies two competing applications from Adak Arctic Port Hub, LLC and Adak Community Development Corporation. All three sites are located within protracted Section 14, Township 96 South, Range 195 West, Seward Meridian, Alaska. The public is invited to review and comment on this Preliminary Decision.
