Public Notice of Contract Issuance ADL 231469 Designated Site ADL 234923 Material Sale Contract Aug 17, 2026 Subject to AS 38.05.555, the South Central Regional Office has intent to issue a material sale contract. APPLICANT: Fetterhoff Services LLC GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: DOT MS 430-625-1 located 4.8 miles North of Homer at the end of Ohlson Mountain Road within Section 29, Township 5 South, Range 13 West, Seward Meridian, containing approximately 45 acres, more or less. AUTHORIZED ACTIVITIES: The department intends to issue a material sale contract for the extraction of 1,900 cubic yards of sand and gravel material pursuant to 11 AAC 71.090(d). DNR-DMLW complies with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990.
