State of Alaska Department of Natural Resources Division of Mining, Land & Water Southcentral Regional Land Office 550 W. 7 th Ave., Suite 900C Anchorage, AK 99501-3577 ADL 107075 Aquatic Farm Lease Renewal Paul Fuhs; Alaska Longneck Farms, LLC Ketchikan, Alaska (USGS Quad Map Ketchikan A-4) Per 38.05.070(e), the Department of Natural Resources, Division of Mining, Land, and Water, Aquatic Farm Leasing Program has made a decision to renew a current lease issued to Paul Fuhs dba Alaska Longneck Farms, LLC (ADL 107075), for a 20-year lease term. The lease site is 7.41 acres, more or less, of state-owned tide and submerged lands for the purpose of commercial growth and harvest of Pacific geoduck located at the south end of the Revillagigedo Island located in the Revillagigedo Channel approximately 1.2 miles west of Point Alava and 21 miles southeast of Ketchikan, Alaska. The location of the project area is further described as being within the NW1/4 of Section 14, Township 77 South, Range 94 East, Copper River Meridian, Alaska. The decision will be posted on the Alaska Public Notice System website for 30 calendar days.
